TICKET SALES
N.B. You can purchase tickets for all screenings at any festival venue. Accepted payment methods are cash and bank/credit cards. You can also collect tickets you have purchased online or reserved by telephone from the box office at any festival venue. Please note that you can only make telephone reservations before the festival. For additional inquiries please contact (09) 8165 7215.
Our online box office is at your service 24 hours a day. The online box office sells tickets for all Espoo Ciné screenings, both prior to and during the festival. Accepted payment methods online are credit cards, Nordea, Sampo Pankki and Osuuspankki online banking identifiers as well as Visa Electron cards which have been registered for the Verified by Visa service.
TICKET SALES AT KINO TAPIOLA 13–29 AUG
Before the festival the box office is open during the cinema's opening hours (www.kinotapiola.fi). During the festival 20.-29.8. the box office opens daily 30 minutes prior to the day's first screening and closes as the last screening begins.
TICKET SALES AT THE ESPOO CULTURAL CENTRE 2–29 AUG
Before the festival, 2.-23.8., the Espoo Ciné ticket desk in the lobby of the Centre is open during weekdays 12-18 (exepct Fri 6.8. 12. 17.30.). On the weekend 21.-22.8. the ticket desk is open Sat 12-18 and Sun 12-15.
During the festival, 24.-29.8., the box office
opens daily 30 minutes prior to the day's first screening and closes as the last screening begins.

During the festival 20.-29.8. the box office opens 30 min prior to the first screening of the day and closes after the last screening of the day commences.
DELIVERY METHODS FOR TICKETS PURCHASED ONLINE:
1) PRINT YOUR TICKETS
The tickets bought at the online box office will be sent to you by email as a PDF file so you can print the tickets at your chosen time.
You can also print the tickets during the purchase. Please note that you will need e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader programme to be able to open PDF files. The programme can be downloaded free of charge on https://get.adobe.com/fi/reader/.
N.B. Entry to the screening only with the printed ticket. The tickets will be electronically scanned at the entrance, so please avoid damaging the bar code on the ticket. Please reserve enough time for the scanning to take place.
For screenings that are sold out, no entrance will be granted after the screening has commenced.
N.B. If you are entitled to online box office priviledges (i.e. if you have bought 10 tickets you will get a free festival catalogue, for 20 tickets a catalogue and a festival bag), you will be able to collect the products from any festival venue during the festival by presenting the purchase confirmation.
2) COLLECT TICKETS FROM THE BOX OFFICE
The tickets bought at the online box office are available for collection from any festival venue. You can find box offices at Kino Tapiola (13.8-), the Espoo Cultural Centre (2.8.-) and Bio Rex Sello (24.8.-). For opening times, please see above. Please take with you your reservation number or a printout of your purchase confirmation!

3) HAVE TICKETS DELIVERED HOME BY MAIL
The tickets bought at the online box office will be sent to you by post to your chosen address within four working days.
