The slums of Columbia provide a bored young German doctor with the opportunity to gain new experiences treating gunshot wounds. While in the hospital, he works for a better world, but after the day’s work, he enjoys everything the shantytown has to offer. Lofty conversations are soon forgotten when the chance of getting acquainted with the boss of a drug gang throws the naive European into the middle of some quite unexpected problems.
