Venues
The main festival venue is
Espoo Cultural Centre in Tapiola (Kaupinkalliontie 10, 02100 Espoo). The outdoor screening takes place at Aurinkoterassi (Sun Terrace) behind the cultural centre. A limited number of screenings take place at the local cinema,
Kino Tapiola (Mäntyviita 2). More details can be found on the printable map above.
Screenings
During its six days, Espoo Ciné will screen nearly 100 films. The screenings take place from morning to night.
Tickets for screenings

You can buy tickets to Espoo Ciné screenings at our online box office which will open on this web site on July 25th at noon.
The ticket counter at the Cultural Centre in Tapiola will be open from 1st August onwards.
Bus connections
Espoo Ciné and the bus operator Åbergin Linjat offer festival visitors


free bus transportation between Helsinki and Tapiola. The festival bus leaves from Kamppi in downtown Helsinki in front of the hotel Radisson SAS on Runeberginkatu (see map). For more information, please view the timetable (unfortunately only in Finnish). The festival bus can only take a limited number of passengers so other means of public transportation may also be useful.
Tapiola can be reached from Kamppi with bus numbers 105, 106, 109 and 110. Line numbers followed by ‘T’ drive through Lauttasaari. Buses 194 and 195 from the Eliel Square go to Tapiola through Töölö and Munkkiniemi. (For more information, please consult the
Journey Planner) Tapiola can be reached from Helsinki through Länsiväylä in approximately 15 minutes. Lines going through Töölö and Munkkiniemi take slightly longer.
By car
The Kaupinkallio car parking hall, located opposite the Cultural Centre at Kaupinkalliontie 7, offers safe and inexpensive parking (3 euros a day) during the festival. During the festival the parking hall will stay open well until the last screening of the day has finished.
Food and beverages

Food and beverages are served at the festival tent located right outside the Cultural Centre. There will also be entertainment including music, screenings and interviews. The Ciné Tent has computers and wireless internet connection.
