Michel Gondry
Michel Gondry (born 1963) is a French film director, writer and producer. He’s known for such films as Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind and The Science of Sleep. In his films Gondry often mixes reality with fantasy and dream world, and he likes creating stories that handle growing pains for both adults and youngsters.
Clara Laperrousaz & Laura Laperrousaz
Clara (born in 1980) and Laura (born in 1983) Laperrousaz are French director sisters. Clara studied philosophy, while Laura graduated from the National Fine Arts Academy of Paris. They started from co-directing video-art films, then short feature films. Sunbeat is their debut feature.
Jens Pedersen
Jens Pedersen (b.1961) is Danish director and producer. He has directed the documentary series "Faith Hope Afghanistan" (2013), from which an episode won two Danish BUSTER Awards the same year, as well as series "Kids on The Silk Road" (2017). Both series had several episodes selected for screening and competition at IDFA among other international festivals.
